If I understand correctly, your ZS box only has one interface, but you want to use it as a router between your ISP router and your home network? Or are you just offloading services to the ZS box so your ISP router is more efficient?

For the ZS box as the router, it is almost impossible with one interface and stuff WILL be exposed.

For the ZS box to offload the services from the ISP router, it depends on the services. DHCP, DNS, no problem. Turn them off on the ISP router and set them up on the ZS box instead. Port forwarding and traffic shaping/monitoring, no way in hell.

    More information is needed.

Easiest way I can think of:

Zeroshell hardware data like this is part of the underlying Linux, NOT the database you create with all your settings.

Backup or copy your Database off to external storage, I.e. not the same SD card or USB device as the Zeroshell install.

Swap your hardware, then REINSTALL Zeroshell. This will reassign the ETHxx interfaces. Make sure when you are in the demo database, that the interfaces show up the way you want.

Restore your database or plug in the external USB that has your database on it. Then go to Storage and “activate” the database. This will reboot Zeroshell to use your saved rules and settings.
