Best I can think of is to make your terms of service the image you display for the site. Easy to make in Gimp or photoshop. Have the TOS on it and the agreement that by entering the listed login and password, they are agreeing to the TOS
I’d probably try reloading the image to CF. It sounds like something got corrupted. I’m booting from CF also and had something similar happen on my first try. Since you are getting to the point you specified it appears that the bios boot order is correct
Works for me 🙂
In the web interface go into Captive Portal>Authentication tab
Web Login Page Customization>Image button at bottom 🙂
Any progress on this?
I want to prevent any clients who connect wirelessly from having access to my internal network. The setup is wireless_router->zeroshell_miniitx->gigabit_switch->DSL_router->internet.
Despite the fact that the wireless clients are on a different range 0.X compared to 1.X, it is still possible to browse the 1.X network if you know what you’re doing. I can’t wire the connection any differently because the wireless router has to be upstairs to get the best range, and the rest of the components are downstairs.
Sounds great! Once you get what you need, let us know when it’s ready to testdrive 😉
Thats a good idea, I’ll give it a try!
What about a paypal clickthrough on the captive portal, then autogenerate time limited login & pass once funds are transfered?
