The Routing works fine. If I give my laptop the /30 address that is assigned to Zeroshell it works fine. It’s just once I plug into the Zeroshell box I can’t get it to communicate with TOWER B’s side of the /30.

    Cool thanks.

And to kill the netserver process will ‘killall netserver’ work? or is there another way?

    Cheers
    Thanks again.

Iperf was developed by NLANR/DAST as a modern alternative for measuring maximum TCP and UDP bandwidth performance. Iperf allows the tuning of various parameters and UDP characteristics. Iperf reports bandwidth, delay jitter, datagram loss.

Very handy in my situation, because I mantain and fairly large wireless network and iperf would be very handy to check bandwidth between our towers.

I’ve heard or people using IPERF and or TTCP to do this. NETPERF is new to me but from what I’ve read it may do the same thing as IPERF and TTCP. I’ll have to look into it abit more.

Do you have directions on how to start and stop the server and client sides within Zeroshell?

WOW…guess I should have played around with it alittle more before asking. Didn’t think it would be that simple.

    Thanks
