I’m a newbie to this forum. I work for a small public radio station and am currently exploring opensource routing solutions for our network. I’ve been mainly looking at Vyatta but have also been interested in Zeroshell. Is there any information anyone might be able to give me as to why Zeroshell might be the better choice?

    Thanks!

I looked at that Vyatta. It looks like it satisfies the routing requirements from the GUI. I don’t think there’s any better software it just a matter of what fits your requirements and what you feel comfortable with.

I prefer routerOS for routing, Vyatta is more expensive and only compared with cisco. Try Mikrotik Routeros and you never need other products.
