Soekris and Wrap boards use the Geode SC1100 processor which has a terrible bug in timing that requires a kernel patch to take timing from a different part (Soekris in particular, see the Soekris mailing list archives). I want to use ZeroShell as an NTP server with a PPS input signal on the serial port. Does ZeroShell include the patch(s) necessary to fix this problem so the NTP server will actually be usefull after plugging in the ZeroShell CF card?

Thanks for any replies – DRONE

I use a WRAP board with Zeroshell that is the NTP server of my LAN. I never notice any problem. But in any case I have to check better.
Have you already had this problem with the NTp using Zeroshell on Geode SC1100 processor?

    Regards
