To get 64-bit kernel with 3.8.2 you have to: Upgrade 3.8.1 –> 3.8.2 restart uninstall 64-bit kernel install 64-bit kernel (now in right slot!) change kernel choice in boot menu slot, save. restart December 27, 2017 at 2:01 pm #54656 alpha_wallMember reperez thanks for your post. If you want to use Transparent Proxy with Web Antivirus and/or NTOP and/or SQUID, etc. , then you need much more RAM! And the more, the better!
