It’s just a couple of config options that need switching. I’d love to be able to run Zeroshell under Xen PV. more info here: http://wiki.xensource.com/wiki/Mainline_Linux_Kernel_Configs#Configure_kernel_for_domU_support —- AFAIK, including xen support doesn’t jeopardize anything else. For example, the default Ubuntu kernel includes Xen support: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Xen Also, Xen support requires ACPI support, for which there’s this thread: http://www.zeroshell.net/eng/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2532 February 27, 2013 at 8:13 pm #52415 vadimMember One more “vote” + I was user of this brilliant distro for a long time untill I started using virtualization 3 years ago. Please add support for xen domU. March 7, 2013 at 1:09 am #52416 tlsMember Add one more vote to the list. I would also like to put ZS into AWS if possible. I think adding Zen support might go a long way to doing that. –tls Author Posts Viewing 3 posts - 1 through 3 (of 3 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
