I use a post boot script to fix this issue.

    iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d 123.123.123.123 -p tcp –dport 80 -j DNAT –to 192.168.0.134
    iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 192.168.0.0/24 -p tcp –dport 80 -d 192.168.0.134 -j MASQUERADE
    iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d 123.123.123.123 -p tcp –dport 443 -j DNAT –to 192.168.0.134
    iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 192.168.0.0/24 -p tcp –dport 443 -d 192.168.0.134 -j MASQUERADE

123.123.123.123 is the external IP of the website.
192.168.0.134 is the LAN IP of the website.

    Regards,
    Phil
