Thanks for your work!!! Probably to add samba in you release? I find in forum samba package for 1b12 and try it. In 1b12 this package work very good (transmit files about 11000 kb/s and system load about 10-20%) But in 1b13 samba dont work fine. First, i having read this link at a forum http://www.zeroshell.net/eng/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2592&highlight=samba and install it, but it not normally! In the second, in 1b13 transmit files about 5000 kb/s and system load about 90-100%

I’ve had continuing problems when using wireless cards on alix using beta 12. Fulvio suggested it was a kernel problem.

Any chance this will be better?

    Thanks,

    Hi rda

You are obviously a clever dude who has sorted out a build environment.

Any chance you can roll a version with quagga binaries particularly ospfd.

We use zeroshell and its great! However for some clients we create redundant vpn channels and at the moment we cannot use zs to automatically switch tunnels because of the lack of ospf.

Any help you can give would be great. Otherwise if you can do a tar of your build env with suitable docs on how to compile that would be absolutely awesome too.

    Many thanks for your efforts.

I tried to get this working first with Dansguardian, and then with just HAVP. Unfortunately, I keep getting these errors:

01:04:39 ClamAV: Using database directory: /var/register/system/ClamAV/db
01:04:39 ClamAV: Could not load database: Can’t verify database integrity

    and these: proxy log:

01:05:43 — Initializing ClamAV Library Scanner
01:05:43 ClamAV: Using database directory: /var/register/system/ClamAV/db
01:05:43 ClamAV: Could not load database: Can’t verify database integrity
01:05:43 Error initializing ClamAV Library Scanner!

I would be interested in seeing if anyone has successfully fixed this. I’ve tried copying stuff over from my old working install, but it’s not working, and freshclam doesn’t seem to be configured with the ZS directory locations in mind. Think I’ll go back to beta12 for now (doh).

Be very interested in when Zeroshell is working with dansguardian and a modern kernel. Oh well.
