I’d like to register a G.729 codec with asterisk on zeroshell so that my Net5501 can transcode voice calls from G711u. I understand that there are a number of precompiled binaries of the G729a codec that are platform dependant and are downloaded from the digum web site following a license purchase. Given that zeroshell was compiled from scratch and not based upon an existing distribution, how do I obtain the right build of codec?
