These devices make perfect, cheap access points, routers etc they only need the right software… and i think we all know, that is ZeroShell by now 🙂 December 22, 2014 at 12:04 pm #53594 reaperzParticipant Raspberry is ARM-based system. As i understand, Zeroshell supports only x86 processors, so Atom-based systems are best bets. Correct me if I am wrong. December 22, 2014 at 12:07 pm #53595 scorpydudeMember Why do you think Zeroshell can only supports x86 ? December 23, 2014 at 10:42 am #53596 r1vverParticipant lol take the sources and compile it already by yourself =) December 23, 2014 at 10:44 am #53597 scorpydudeMember 🙄 how nieve you must be to trivialise the effort it would take to complete a arm build… December 23, 2014 at 10:58 am #53598 r1vverParticipant that’s why my “answer” was started with word “lol” =) And with only 1 ethernet port and 2 (or 4) usb ports i do not think that raspberry is suitable device for zeroshell For simple wifi AP/router toy for home use there is openwrt for raspberry afair December 24, 2014 at 10:31 am #53599 scorpydudeMember thanks for sharing your opinion that no one asked for, you can move along now, obviously quite a few people don’t share your (nieve) opinion Author Posts Viewing 7 posts - 1 through 7 (of 7 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
