Hello Everybody 🙂 hope you’re all fine.

I’ve reinstalled my ZS setup with 3.9.3 and restore a backup of my profile.

profile backup from “ZS 3.9.0 with “50200 64-Bit Kernel 4.14.83” installed
restore to Fresh ZS 3.9.3 without package. (I can’t install package before restore because it won’t connect to internet)

When I restore the profile, it says that the 50200 package is installed on the machine but in fact it’s not.
I have to click manage, remove the package, reboot, reinstall the package, change kernel in Boot page and we’re fine.

I only add the 64bit kernel package so it’s easy to work arround. But it’s a bit strange and could get complicated with many packages.

    Thanks a lot 🙂

    Hello.

Your subscription is no longer valid. Is that what happened to you?

    Check it out.

    Hello

    No it’s still ok
But as it’s a fresh new install those package are not available on the installation and before restoring the profile internet connection is not available, it’s certainly why we get this. It should automatically download, install and activate the package upon profile restoring but I’m not sure ZS is intended to do so.
Everything is back in order after internet connection is back and I reinstall.

    Nicolas
