    ERROR: IP 92.***.***.188/255.255.254.0 not added to ETH02 : 92.***.***.0/23 overlaps 92.***.***.0/23 (ETH01)

Yeap this is a well known issue. You cannot have IPs in the same subnet for 2 different interfaces. I has been discussed here again and the workaround was to ask your ISP to provide you the second IP from a different subnet.

You could try to bridge the 2 interfaces and assign the IPs on the BRIDGE interface. However I am not sure if your ISP will accept that.
