Hi Fulvio, I had a power cut and after the system restarted my forward chain has defaulted to ACCEPT and my rules have gone. When trying to modify and then save I get “ERROR: Chain FORWARD not saved: mv: cannot stat _/var/register/system/net/FW/Chains/FORWARD/Rules/041/NotDestinationP…” Any help would be appreciated. Thanks 🙂

I saw some issues like that after my NIC (Compaq ThunderLAN dual port) was making the kernel crash and the system reboot, and it caused some corruption to the filesystem due to the unexpected reboots.

I would suggest restoring a recent backup of your profile.

Hi, I have the same problem. The firewall menu is showing up slowly and I can not modify anything there …
Is there any solution for this problem?
This is the error message when I try to delete or modify a FORWARD rule:
Jun 07 14:16,22 ERROR: Chain FORWARD not saved: cp: cannot stat `/var/register/system/net/FW/tmp/Chains/FORWARD/Rules/001/L7Protocol’…
Jun 07 14:16,32 ERROR: Chain FORWARD not saved: cp: cannot stat `/var/register/system/net/FW/tmp/Chains/FORWARD/Rules/001/L7Protocol’…
