Is it possible to exclude certain users using AD authentication? I have students in one OU, and Facult/Staff in another that I want to allow to authenticate, but also some general users in a third OU that I do not.

I know I can set up two different Captive portal systems and set each one to authenticate over just that OU, but is there a way of excluding certain users without that/

One solution could be to use IAS (the Microsoft RADIUS server). You can configure the zeroshell’s captive portal to authenticate against it instead to use the Kerberos KDC integrated in the domain controllers of AD. With IAS is then possible to select the users you want to authenticate.
