I have just begun to use this wonderful creation of Fulvio’s and am really looking forward to the 1.0 release. The incorporation of an SMTP server in later releases will make this the tool I’ve been looking for.
One thing I would like to ask be included as soon as possible is the use of the user password to encrypt the PKCS export file.
I believe this feature may be implemented fairly quickly by adding the ‘pass:password’ argument to the openssl command used to export the certificate.
This will allow the deployment of user certs in our corporate lan environment not only for VPN use but for email as well.
Currently, we are not permitted to use certs that are not password protected.
Kudos again to Fulvio for his development of zeroshell.
