    Hey guys,
right now I got a Draytek Vigor 3300 router connected to 4 DSL 16000/1000 lines. My company got a datacenter with plenty of 10GBit connections so I thought about using zeroshell to create a bonded VPN to our datacenter.

Now we’re talking about 64 MBit VPN troughput. What kind of CPU power do I need for this? On the server side, I have access to nearly unlimited CPU power but would a net5501 @ 500MHz do the job on the client side?

    Thanks for your help!

It depends what extras will you use, such as QoS, Firewall, transparent proxy, but I think that a P3 or Celeron will do the job.

QoS and Firewall is needed but I can do this on the much more powerful server side. So if this is the case I should be fine with a Dual Core Pinetrail D510 CPU?
