    I have just started using snort and i have face a some problems. i have set up the configuration in the snort.conf file. After that i type this down:
    “snort -A console -i2 -c C:snortetcsnort.conf -l C:snortlog -K ascii”. Then i open another cmd and try to ping google, but i cant see the packets i receive in my log folder. please help me.
