    now with the antivirus and smtp server(to come), zeroshell needs a spam filter

    Yes, I think to integrate Postfix and SpamAssassin as soon as possible.

    Postfix MTA is definitely an option that will permit easy deployment of mail service using one simple box with 2 NICs.
    This said, adding more and more services makes implementation difficult on ‘small” hardware.
    I was previously running my internet gateway (postfix+spamd+squid+squidguard etc…) on FitPC box but I experienced some slow down when receiving emails while users (5 heavy internet users at home 😕 ) were browsing or playing over internet.
    That’s the reason why I changed my plan and decided to have this FitPC dedicated to “network services”, i.e. DNS, DHCP, FW…
    ZS is definitely fitting perfectly on FitPC (I’m not using L7) but I’m wondering if it will scale with postfix+spamassassin.

    Anyway, good news 😀 then it’s only a matter of not activating in case load is too high
