    Hello,

First thanks for this wonderful distrib that simpify everything. But unfortunately, after having order materiel to build a mini itx server with zeroshell, when i tried to boot, the kernel load , then there is a step when the os is trying to detect the sata device and at this point the system is not able to detect my sata dvdrw drive and just panic.
The chipset of the motherboard is Intel® NM10.

    The material is the following:
    motherboard Intel® D510MOdescription
dvd drive Samsung SN-S083C – OEM

Is there any solution, maybe recompiling the kernel ?

    Thanks in advance.

Yeah the SATA chipset module is not in the kernel you are trying to boot. Unless you can’t wait for a new release you have to compile your own kernel. Unfortunately you can only do that if you boot from hard disk. I suggest that you write the image on a flash usb and boot from it.
