    hello,

    I have to download “ZeroShell-1.0.beta5-WRAP-CompactFlash512.img”

    VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem).
^[[44;1ROnly Compact Flash on Primary Master IDE is supported
    UDF-fs: No partition found (1)
No filesystem could mount root, tried: ext3 ext2 iso9660 udf
Kernel panic – not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(1,2)

    what to make?

    Sincerely,

I have not tried the release 1.0.beta5 of Zeroshell on a Soekris 4801, but I am sure that the release 1.0.beta4 for WRAP works fine.
Check if there is a jumper or a bios option with which you can set the channel (Master/slave) of the compactflash. ZeroShell works only if you configure the compactflash to be on the Primary Master IDE.
