i have on eth00 two internet ip adresses. is it possible to set outgoing traffic from client 1 ip 192.168.0.1 on eth01 to the first ip address and client 2 with 192.168.0.2 with the second internet ip address?

Yes you can do it with netbalancer rules. You must have 2 gateways assigned on the main page of Netbalancer and then you can create rules from which interface the traffic will go out.

Are these 2 IP addresses in the same subnet? Do they have the same gateway?
