    Hi,

i want to install Zeroshell on an 4-year old IBM Server x3350 with an integrated LSI1064e Controller. Booting UP Zeroshell from CDrom works fine, the correct driver for the internal SAS Disks is loaded.

I used dd to copy over the Image for SATA/IDE/CFLASH Installations and after rebooting the first look seems working fine – but as expected there are only IDE/SATA Drivers in this Image.

Probing [9] USB and SATA devices to startup the system …
    Bootstrap failure
Kernel panic – not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs in unknow-block(1,2)

What do I need to do to get Zeroshell working for me ?
Is it possible to integrate the SAS driver ?

    thanks
    Jens

    Hi

You could probably put on vmware then run Zeroshell as a VM.

I dont know that hardware but zeroshell works nicely as a vm.
