Hi,
I’m running Windows 10 Pro on a laptop and activated hyper-v, created a new virtual machine and attached the Zeroshell iso to its CD drive. It seems to bood fine but I find that any changes I make to the configuration only last until I shutdown the vm. Being installed on a CD I can’t save the settings, it is read-only after all.
I see on the console that there is an installation manager and it looks like I can use this to install Zeroshell on the local hard drive of the vm. But I can’t seem to get it to work. It starts saying “writing MBR” and that’s as far as it goes.
What am I doing wrong? Anyone know how to install this on a vm in hyper-v?
Also, I created the disk with 2GB of space, is this sufficient?
Thanks in advance,
Linn
