Viewing 3 posts - 1 through 3 (of 3 total) Author Posts November 13, 2009 at 8:54 pm #42038 Thomas_PowersMember Hello all… SO if we follow the ZS PDF docs to install to a hard drive, and we try to boot ZS from said HD…we get the Kernel Panic error… and it goes into Probing USB and SATA….then never boots….gives the kernel panic not syncing vfs unable to mount root fs on unknown-block 1,2 Yet…if we shoot this to a usb drive…it boots fine. I took the drive and put it in another machine and it booted fine. Thanks anyway….please see next USB nic question.
