dont now if it’s the right place to ask.
i want to build a new openBSD server for an office using adsl line 5MB download speed and 650KB upload speed.

i want it to filter the traffic and make a dmz zone and other rules.

what hardware you can recommend for the purpose?

how many users are you going to have behind this firewall.
Running a WISP i am using a slow 333Mhz 128MB ram PII class computer to provide controlled network access to my clients at my aparment complex. I have around 129 apartments altogether with max user load of 60-65 users at one time and the system seems to be working just fine.

Depending on your user load you might need better and faster hardware.
