Hello, I’m hoping somebody might be able to help me.

I’ve been using ZeroShell in our organisation in a test environment for a while and have been pleased. One of the features I’ve enabled is the HTTP Proxy along with AV (HAVP).

Although it was fine in the test environment, now it’s in the real world, I’ve been having problems with the machine using up all of its resources. I’ve tracked this down to enabling AV scanning. It doesn’t freeze up all the time and I’ve not found a pattern except for it happens around every 7 days.

Also, some programs do not download with ‘Transparent Proxy with Web Antivirus’ enabled, Office 2016 for example. I’ve tried putting URL’s into the whitelist but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance
    Richard
