    I want to modify data in the partiton /dev/hda2
    But /dev/hda2 type is iso9660 (ro)
    Who can tell me how to do ?

    You can use pre-boot or post-boot scripts to alter the contents. Just store your script in

    /Database/scripts 

    and make a pre or post boot rule to run this script.

    You can always use mount –bind to mount a directory on the top of another and, as suggested before, use pre-boot scripts to make it permanent after each boot.
