I have a small problem. What is the best way to add a program and/or script that is still available after a reboot?

I need to install a program and a single bash script to use the button on the Alix 6e2 board as the trigger to switch the SIM reader slots.

    Any ideas?

There is the way to store files in /Database directory (here files can survive reboot) and copy them to place where they are need to be via Post Boot script in Startup/Cron section in web-interface.
For example in my case i store udpxy binary and udpxy-startscript in /Database/udpxy/ and every boot system copy udpxy binary to /bin and run udpxystart.sh script:

    Code:
    # Startup Script
    cp /Database/udpxy/udpxy /bin
    sh /Database/udpxy/udpxystart.sh
