I know this might seem such a trivial question compared to the actually significant issues raised in this forum.
Can anyone please tell me how to reset a user account from the web interface?
I have about 20 users in our office setup, all logging in via captive portal. Some are management and have dedicated Management Accounts, limiting them to 500mb of usage, the rest are staff accounts which are limited to 250mb each.
Currently, when a user runs out of bandwidth, I delete the account and add it all over again. Yes, I know.. You’re allowed to laugh 😆
I’m sure there is a shorter way to do this though, right?
