    hi frnds,
    i would like to make a failover internet connection of multiple isp connection also i need a total speed of my two isp connection..

    i hav two internet connection ISP1 wit 1mbps and ISP2 wit 1mbps
    i want to joint this two for a 2mbps(or less) internet connection also need a failover on these two connection…
    also i want to know does zeroshell help me for uploading from this two isp’s to my server….

    pls anybody can help me?????????

    hi frnds,
    i think its a level 2 loadbalancing …
    where the transfer is based on frames not by ip…
    so its possible to do this ..
    pls help me anybody can hav any idea…
    i think its by using Lan-Lan conf

    any body cn explin how “Aggregating VPN and increasing bandwidth in layer 2” is getting work out…

    thanks for ur reply..
    my problm is:
    1.when i connects vpn to my zeroshell vmware, my computer loosing internet connection
    2.in vpn setup i stuked, at the gateway selection.. am using Idea Netsetter,so how can i make a gateway for that?
    3.stuked at bonding stage.. even i didnt get the working n use of bonding.. and wih are needed to bond??

    pls help me for these….

    1) What is the configuration of the VPN? You should not lose internet connectivity upon the establishment of the tunnel, unless you import a wrong static route.
    2) I am not aware of Idea Netsetter. At the gateway you will select the gateway used to establish the tunnel, in case you have multiple.
    3) You bond 2 vpn connections to aggregate the bandwidth.

    the above network having only one broadband modem at 192.168.1.1

    i changed the VMware system adres from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.1.75
    and added a default gateway as 192.168.1.1

    so for bonding, do i want to create a new gateway with new modem gateway
    den create a vpn and bond the eth vit vpn???
    is dat ryt???

    or ….

    so idea netsetter, i vil try..

    This is one machine running OpenVPN, what is the setup of the other machine that you are trying to tunnel? Be careful not to create a L2 loop with the bridging setup you are trying to do here.
    If it helps you take a screenshot from the VPN configuration of ZS web interface.
    Also the netmask and broadcast addresses of dummy1 interface don’t match. What is this interface for?

    actually i didnt configured my remote machine…

    just tel me wot i needed to do for this..

    my remote machine is a dedicated server..
    do i need open vpn there??
    also did that open vpn need only the same conf??

    then dont consider the dummy and other interfaces…
    dats r my testing ….

    if i configured two gateways and making two seperate vpn using thesed gateways, and bond them..
    does it vil work???

    You will have to do the same (almost!) configuration on the other server as well in order to work.
