I’m using ZeroShell as a lab tool. I want to virtually disconnect a selected host from its subnet. I tried using QoS to set its maximum bandwidth to 0, but that was rejected. I have ZS running on a VirtualBox VM with ETH00 NAT’ed to the internet, and ETH01 connected to a VirtualBox virtual network (vboxnet0, subnet 192.168.56.0/24). There are three VirtualBox VMs as hosts connected to the same vboxnet0, with IP addresses 192.68.56.(3,4,5). If these were physical computers on a physical network, I’d just pull the ethernet cable out of the router; I’m trying to simulate that virtually. Can anyone suggest a solution?
