    Hi,

Is it possible to delegate a subdomain in Zeroshell to another name server?

    for example:
domain1.com – server by Zeroshell DNS
subdomain.domain1.com – delegated and served by another Name Server

If not is it possible to add a complete domain to be delgated to another Name server using the Zeroshell DNS server

I have tried to do this but cannot seem to get it work. Is it only possible to have one domain per Zone?

    Regards,

    Z

If you have configured on Zeroshell the name resolution of the domain domain1.com you just have to add a record resource NS for the subdomain entry to obtain the delegation of the name resolution. Of course, you have to specify the authoritative DNS for such zone. If you have more than one authoritative DNS add futher NS records.

    Regards
    Fulvio
