    Hi all!

I’m not sure if this is even possible so im just gonna throw it out there :

We have a network with some winxp clients, a router with dhcp server, and in between the router and clients we have a zeroshell bridge – which works fine. ETH01+ETH02 is bridge

in the zeroshell router we have a third interface (ETH00), setup as a gateway to a seperate internet connection.

Is it possible to filter the bridge of any SIP based traffic and rerouting it to the internet connection on the third interface ? We basicly want to use that internet connection for the sip traffic only.

we know it might be easier to use zeroshell as the main router, but it’s not possible in this setup because of various issue’s with seperate firewall’s and vpn systems.

    Thanks! 🙂

I don’t know of a way to “filter” and route to your 3rd interface by packet type (SIP). But you can easily route all your SIP traffic by destination IP. You just tell the router to send all the packets destined for your SIP providers IP to use the 3rd interface.
