Is there any way to control specific users or groups from the LDAP to be applied in the QoS or Firewall sections?

The RADIUS captive portal can handle a few items (bandwidth, time and traffic) and the QoS and Firewall looks at IP/MAC.

As I see it now, the only way of segregating users would be to assign a fixed IP (on each machine or in the DHCP section of ZS) and then apply specific filtering rules on the selected IP ranges.

Is there an update/package to install to do this or should it be in the “feature request” section?

    Thanks

Got an old PC with pfSense and installed the DansGuardian package just to play with the options… and it DOES have the capability of assigning/denying content priviledges based on external LDAP or its own user/group listing.

Squid + SquidGuard in pfSense also has LDAP/local user/group access options.

Do DansGuardian and Squid/SquidGuard also have the option of filtering content by user/group in ZeroShell?

    Thanks
