    Hi,
    is zeroshell able to make 802.1x authentication over LAN (wired) network instead of Wifi network ?

    If no, is it difficult to configure ?

    of course , but you need a switch that supports the 802.1x auth.

    So for testing with one PC, i can link this PC directly to LAN ethernet port of the zeroshell box i suppose.
    I’m going to try.

    I think not works , zeroshell for a wired lan acts as a radius server , but you also need an authenticator , in this case the switch….

    Ok, i understand .. hav you ever seen an authenticator running on linux that manage OSI 2 layer ?

    no , I’m sorry 🙄 🙄 I use a cisco 2960…
