    Hello:

I would like to join two networks together using a host to lan VPN and a pair of ZeroShell routers. The host would be a ZeroShell router with a 3G USB adapter in it. The host does not have a public IP address but the server does. I would like to use the tunnel to remotely maintain the host that uses the 3G connection.

Is it possible to use ZeroShell as a host (other than LAN to LAN)? Is there documentation showing how to make this work? Does LAN to LAN have to have two public IP addresses?

    Thanks,
    Ken

If the VPN gateway (host to LAN) is configured to use x.509 certificates then Zeroshell can act as client. You just need to configure it as LAN-to-LAN VPN client.

This works great as does Pre-Shared Key.

    Thanks,
