I iam looking for an router distro that fill all my needs and think that zeroshell could be the one but i see no work since midle 2009, so my quiestion is: the distro is dead? or what?
The project is alive and I expect a new update in the near future. At this time Fulvio has not opened up the source for others to check in changes. So proposed changes and fixes are emailed to Fulvio and public beta releases are paced by his schedule.
If you are in a commercial environment then this development pace and project management style might not be appealing.
For my SOHO environment Zeroshell was the closest match that I could find for my needs (multiple WAN interfaces and QoS) capable of running on a no-moving parts single board computer. So far, once I worked out the bugs that affected my use, it has been a strong and stable firewall and router for me.
In other hand i want to knows what kernel version use the las version ZsB12?
thaks and sorry about my english.
