To be honest apart from the simplest Masqueraing and virtual server rules which can be setup in the GUI we tend to put everything in the NAT startup scripts section.
Then you can enter anything you want in standard IPTABLES notation just as on any other Linux box.
Its nice to use the GUI/WEBUI but sometimes its just better to have it as you want it in the scripts section.
